On April 15, 2026, a working meeting was held with the participation of the Minister of Defense of the Kyrgyz Republic, Ruslan Mustafaevich Mukambetov, the Honorary President of the Sniping Federation of the Kyrgyz Republic, Abibilla Alymovich Kudaiberdiev, and the Chairman of the Federation, Aidar Talaibekovich Okenov.

The main topic of the meeting was the development of cooperation in the field of training and advanced qualification of snipers of the special units of the Ministry of Defense of the Kyrgyz Republic.

During the negotiations, the parties discussed the organization of specialized training programs, the introduction of modern training methods, as well as the exchange of practical experience in the field of precision shooting.

Following the meeting, an agreement was reached on signing a relevant cooperation agreement between the Ministry of Defense of the Kyrgyz Republic and the Sniping Federation of the Kyrgyz Republic.

The document will be aimed at systematic training of snipers, improving their professional level, and developing sniping in the interests of the country's defense capability.
