The Sniping Federation of the Kyrgyz Republic announces the appointment of Major General Abibilla Alymovich Kudaiberdiev, an outstanding statesman and military figure, as Honorary President of the Federation.

Abibilla Alymovich Kudaiberdiev is a respected professional with many years of experience in senior government positions. He twice served as Minister of Defense of the Kyrgyz Republic and made a significant contribution to strengthening the country’s defense capabilities, developing the Armed Forces, and enhancing the level of national security.

The appointment of Abibilla Alymovich Kudaiberdiev as Honorary President of the Federation is a recognition of his distinguished service to the state. It also reflects the Federation’s commitment to strengthening its institutional development, promoting shooting sports disciplines, and fostering a high culture of safe and professional handling of firearms.
