The winners of the “Southern Frontier” competition have been determined in Kyrgyzstan

The competition took place on October 12 in the city of Osh at the training ground of military unit 36806 of the Ministry of Defense of the Kyrgyz Republic. The competition consisted of 10 exercises with distances from 100 to 1000 meters. 56 shooters took part in the tournament.

“The “Southern Frontier” competition in the city of Osh was successful. This time there were many participants from among the military personnel of various law enforcement agencies of the republic. For some, this was their first competition and it became good practice and competitive experience for them. We were also able to practically and successfully test our technical innovations.” - said the chief judge Eric Babaev.

Based on the results of the last tournament in the “bolt rifle” category, tactical class. The first place was taken by an employee of the Alpha special unit of the State Committee for National Security of the Kyrgyz Republic with a Tikka rifle in 6.5 creedmoor caliber. Second place was taken by an employee of the Alpha special forces of the State Committee for National Security of the Kyrgyz Republic with an ORSIS rifle in caliber 338 LM. An honorable third place was taken by an employee of the Alpha special unit of the State Committee for National Security of the Kyrgyz Republic with an ASR rifle in caliber 338 LM.

In the bolt-action rifle category, Denis Zuev took honorable first place with an Ilbirs rifle in 6.5 creedmoor caliber. Second place went to Arykov Bakir with a Remington 700 rifle in 6.5 creedmoor caliber. Third place was taken by Ilzat Mirrakhimov with a Tikka T3 rifle in 6.5 creedmoor caliber. Fourth place was taken by Anvarbek Nurmatov with a Savage 110 rifle in 6.5 creedmoor caliber. Fifth place was taken by Evgeniy Witchen with an Ilbirs rifle in 6.5 creedmoor calibe

In the “semi-automatic rifle” category, first place was won by a soldier of the “Boru” special unit of the Border Service of the State Committee for National Security of the Kyrgyz Republic with a “SVD” rifle in 7.62 mm caliber. The “silver” winner was a soldier of the “Ilbirs” special unit of the Ministry of Defense of the Kyrgyz Republic with an “SVD” rifle in 7.62 mm caliber, and the “bronze” winner was an employee of the “Alpha” special unit of the State Committee for National Security of the Kyrgyz Republic with a Tiger rifle in 7.62x54 caliber.

In turn, the shooters said that these competitions felt a high level and organization, and also expressed gratitude to the Sniping Federation for the opportunity to participate in the competition and wished success and development to the Sniping Federation.
