The tournament consisted of nine courses with distances from 100 to 1,000 meters. In five of them the shooters competed in accuracy, in two - in long distances and in two - in dynamics. There were 70 shooters in the tournament.

“Boru” Border Guard's officers placed third and sixth for the first time in the Federation's history. According to the results of the tournament in the “bolt-action rifle” category, the first place went to Aidar Okenov with a Tikka T3 Tac A1 rifle in 6.5 creedmoor caliber.
