The Sniping Federation of the Kyrgyz Republic conducted training for snipers of the Ministry of Defense of the Kyrgyz Republic within the framework of the Partnership Agreement previously concluded between the parties.
Over the course of five days, military personnel completed the “Fundamentals of Precision Shooting” course aimed at enhancing professional competence and improving sniper skills.
The training program included both theoretical and practical sessions covering the following topics:
- sniper equipment and gear;
- cartridge design and construction;
- ballistic coefficient;
- bullet velocity and factors affecting its reduction;
- fundamentals of precision shooting;
- operation and use of optical sights;
- fundamentals of external ballistics;
- firearm safety;
- and other key elements of modern sniper training.
The training camp was attended by servicemen from the special units “Panther,” “Scorpion,” and “Ilbirs,” as well as representatives of sniper units from the Koi-Tash and Balykchy military formations.
The Ministry of Defense of the Kyrgyz Republic expresses its gratitude to the leadership of the Sniping Federation of the Kyrgyz Republic for its support in developing the training of precision shooting specialists.
The parties intend to further strengthen their cooperation aimed at improving the professional training of military personnel and enhancing the defense capabilities of the Kyrgyz Republic.
