The winners of the “Issyk-Kul Mile” sniper competition have been determined.

The competition took place on 29 June at the "Edelweiss" training ground of the Ministry of Defense in Balykchy Town.

"The shooters have clearly improved their shooting skills; our gong at 1600 meters was tormented by hits," Samat Madiev, deputy chairman of the Federation's management board, said.

Among the innovations, the Federation has introduced a new tactical class where active members of all law enforcement agencies participate. This is like a separate competition within the general match, where representatives of law enforcement agencies compete with each other. Also, for the first time, the SFKR used gongs made of Hardox material, which is a high-strength steel.

The tournament was organized in several categories:

  • "Bolt-action Rifle."
  • 8 exercises with distances from 1000 to 1600m;
  • "Semi-automatic rifle" 6 exercises with distances from 100 to 800m;

According to the results of the past tournament, the following winners were determined:

"Bolt-action rifle" category

1st place – Nurmatov Anvarbek with "Tikka T3" rifle, 300 WM caliber;

2nd place – Zuev Sergei with "Blaser R8" rifle, 300 WSM caliber;

3rd place – Shestakov Andrei with "BERGARA B14" rifle, 6.5/55 caliber;

4th place – a member of the 9th Service of the SCNS KR with "Savage 110 BA Tactical" rifle, caliber 338Lap. Mag;

5th place – Gaifulin Ruslan with "BERGARA B-14" rifle, 300 WSM caliber.


"Bolt-action rifles" category, tactical class

1st place – a member of the 9th Service of the SCNS KR with "Savage 110 BA Tactical" rifle, caliber 338Lap. Mag;

2nd place – a member of the "Alpha" special unit of the SCNS KR with ORSIS T-5000 rifle, caliber 338Lap. Mag. Mag;

3rd place – a member of the "Alpha" special unit of the SCNS KR with an "ASR" rifle, 338 LM caliber.


"Semi-automatic rifle" category

1st place – serviceman of the "Ilbirs" special unit of the Ministry of Defense of the Kyrgyz Republic with "SVD" rifle, 7.62 mm caliber;

2nd place – a member of the SOBR of the Ministry of Internal Affairs with "SVD" rifle, 7.62 mm caliber;

3rd place – serviceman of the "Ilbirs" special unit of the Ministry of Defense of the Kyrgyz Republic with "SVD" rifle, 7.62 mm caliber.
