"Аgreement on cooperation in the field of the development of high-precision shooting" between PA "Sniping Federation" and the border service of the scns of the kyrgyz republic as well as the ministry of internal affairs of the KR

Chairman of the Board of the "Sniping Federation" Okenov A.T.  and Director of the Border Service of the State Committee for National Security of the Kyrgyz Republic Major General Sharsheev U.Z.  On June 8, 2022, the signing of the "Agreement on cooperation in the development of high-precision shooting" took place.

“Precision shooting has advanced technologically over the last twenty years.  Our federation is ready to share the experience and methods developed in modern shooting sports,” commented Aidar Okenov, Chairman of the Board of the Sniping Federation, commenting on the conclusion of the agreement.

The Agreement defines the joint actions of the Sniping Federation and the Border Guard Service of the State Committee for National Security of the Kyrgyz Republic in the field of training in high-precision shooting.  Priority tasks have been identified for organizing joint training sessions for employees of the Border Guard Service of the State Committee for National Security of the Kyrgyz Republic.

The same agreement was concluded between the NGO "Sniping Federation" and the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic on cooperation in the development of high-precision shooting with joint training.

The Sniping Federation of Kyrgyzstan was formed in June 2021 at the initiative of enthusiastic shooters.  The activities of the federation are aimed at developing high-precision shooting as a sport, holding competitions, popularizing sniping, creating a culture of safe handling of firearms, as well as promoting patriotism and respect for nature.
