"Autumn Cup". Winners of snipping tournament are determined in Kyrgyzstan

Professionals and amateurs of high-precision shooting competed in accuracy, speed, attentiveness. They fired at paper and metal targets from stable and unstable positions at distances from 50 to 730 meters.

“The novelty of the second competition was new exercises using a moving target at a distance of 290 meters and the “swing” exercise,” said Aidar Okenov, Chairman of the Board of the KR Sniping Federation.

Among 31 participants, one set of medals was played for 1st, 2nd and 3rd places with a prize fund of 60 thousand soms.

According to the results of the tournament out of nine exercises in the categories "accuracy", "dynamics" and "long distances", Sergey Zuev (Blaser R8 rifle caliber 6.5 Creedmoor) won the 1st place.  The silver medalist of the competition was Vladimir Prikhodko (Tikka Tac A1 rifle in 6.5 Creedmoor caliber), the bronze medal went to Mikhail Zuev (Blaser R8 rifle in 300WSM caliber).

The Sniping Federation of Kyrgyzstan was established this summer.  More than 80 people have signed up.  The founders of the federation intend to popularize high-precision shooting in Kyrgyzstan, form a culture of safe handling of long-barreled firearms, promote a healthy lifestyle, patriotism and respect for nature.
